CORDUROY WIDE CARGO PANTS

These cargo pants are a reimagined loose-silhouette version that pays homage to the US military M-65 field pants, which were introduced in the 1950s as the basis for modern cargo pants, with various added features.

The thick-ridged corduroy material, which creates a rich autumnal feel, has roots tracing back to the workwear of gardeners during the French monarchy of Louis XIV. The drawstring at the waist and hem allows you to change the silhouette, adding a playful touch to the overall shape. The large cargo pockets, intentionally sewn above the knee, incorporate an effect that makes the voluminous wide pant silhouette look neat by having a flat front and gusseted back, contrary to typical cargo pants.
