DRAPE T-SHIRT

A special item featuring a three-dimensional hand-stitch combining two T-shirts.

This special item is part of a project that conveys the value of goods by disassembling mass-produced American body products and other ready-made items, and having a dedicated craftsman in the atelier hand-modify each one. Two thick cotton "beefy" T-shirts are used, with drapes added in several places. This transforms a casual, sporty T-shirt into a unique piece that can be the focal point of your styling.

'Drape'.... The history of clothing began with a single fur or compacted wool. The basis of draping can be traced back to tucks and darts, which allowed fabric to conform to the body and facilitate movement to suit one's job or work style. Later, many techniques emerged to beautifully enhance the body's lines. This design incorporates drapes in several places, adding a playful touch.
